Mr. Srustijeet Mishra is the founder and chief executive officer of RiDiK, that was acquired by CLPS in September 2019. Mr. Mishra has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry with expertise in providing professional IT services for financial and IT institutions across Southeast Asia and Europe. He has also an extensive experience in IT consulting and management for Credit Suisse and DBS Bank in Singapore. Mr. Mishra holds an MBA degree from IILM Institute for Higher Education in New Delhi, India and a Master’s degree in Physics from Andhra University in Visakhapatnam, India.

Mr. Sibashis Routray serves as the Vice President of RiDiK based in Singapore. He is responsible for overseeing the formulation and execution of business strategies, as well as managing the overall operations in the Southeast Asia (SEA) region. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, he has specialized in providing IT professional staffing and services. Mr. Routray holds a degree in Engineering and a Graduate Diploma in Finance.

Before joining Ridik, Andy Kuang had more than 20 years of experience in the legal service industry, providing long-term and excellent legal services for many IT companies in human resources, public relations, and business operations. With legal service experience in mainland China, the United States, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asian countries, Andy Kuang successfully led the merger of the legal department and compliance department of the entire group. At the same time, Andy Kuang quickly completed the transformation from law to business operations and currently holds the position of BO of Ridik Southeast Asia.
